About Us
For over 120 years, Hope Community Services has supported Western Australians affected by justice involvement, mental health challenges, alcohol and drug use, and youth disengagement. We meet people where they are - with empathy, respect, and belief in their potential.
About the Role
As a Residential (Youth) Support Worker, you'll help create a safe and stable environment for young people navigating the justice system. You'll be there for the daily wins, encouraging healthy choices, keeping routines on track, and supporting young people to meet their bail conditions. When the residence is unoccupied, you'll step into a community-focused role, mentoring youth, building local connections, and strengthening Hope's presence in Kalgoorlie.
