We are currently seeking Expressions of Interest for an
Associate CG Supervisor
to join our supervisory team.
Position Overview: As CG Supervisor you supervise, monitor, direct and influence wide-ranging creative aspects of high-end VFX production across multiple projects. With a strong understanding of all disciplines in the VFX pipeline, you will be directly responsible for driving the successful execution of work across multiple departments to achieve the creative vision of the VFX Supervisor and Client.
Responsibilities
Lead and supervise creative aspects of high-end VFX production across multiple projects, ensuring alignment with the VFX Supervisor and client vision.
Direct and influence all disciplines in the VFX pipeline to deliver high quality content on schedule and within allocated resources.
Model the company values of Respect, Empowerment, Integrity, Collaboration and Quality; promote diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
Maintain clear communication with Show Leadership, Creative and Production Departments; implement solutions to improve quality, efficiency and sustainability.
Inspire and motivate artists to consistently deliver high quality VFX; remove blockers and support the team with technical and workflow guidance.
Apply broad VFX experience to solve complex creative problems on shows.
Balance attention to detail with the big picture; help the team realise their full potential.

Qualifications
Experienced Artist with broad VFX experience bringing shots to completion.
Strong creative eye; excellent communication; technical proficiency; collaboration and leadership skills.
Attention to detail and ability to see the big picture.
Proven ability to lead and work effectively with Show Leadership and multiple departments.
