Rylock Windows Geelong is a family-owned and operated business with over 40 years of experience as a leading manufacturer of high-performance windows and doors. Due to continued growth, we are seeking a motivated and reliable Delivery Driver and Loader to join our team based at our new Torquay facility.
This is an important client facing role, initially employed on a part time casual basis, with the opportunity to become a permanent position, we offer above-award wages, overtime opportunities, and long-term career stability within a supportive team environment.
Typical working hours are 7:00am – 3:06pm Monday to Friday, with flexibility available for the right candidate.
About the Role
This role is responsible for the safe and efficient loading, delivery and unloading of windows and doors to residential building sites, customers, and suppliers across Geelong, Surf Coast, the Bellarine, Ballarat, Melbourne, and surrounding regions.
The successful applicant will assist with loading, tie-downs, unloading, product handling, and general factory support as required. The role suits someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in customer service, is conscientious, punctual and works well independently.
Duties will include:
Delivering windows, doors and materials to building sites and customers
Loading, tie-downs and unloading trucks and trailers
Securing loads safely for transport
Assisting with manual handling of products on-site and within the factory
Conducting basic vehicle, equipment and manifest checks
Assisting production and warehouse teams when required
Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
Providing professional and courteous customer service
Skills & Attributes
The successful applicant will demonstrate:
Medium Rigid (MR) Truck Licence
Excellent driving history
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
A positive attitude and strong work ethic
Reliability and punctuality
Good communication and customer service skills
Physical capacity to fulfil the role
Ability to work independently and within a team
Reliable transport to our Torquay location
Licences & Certifications
Authority to work in Australia (no sponsorship available)
