Due to continued growth, we're looking for an Experienced Service and Project Coordinator to join our Queensland Office in Slacks Creek, QLD.

About the Role:
You'll play a key part in our operations team, supporting the delivery of exceptional service to clients and ensuring smooth coordination between technicians, project managers, and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage incoming calls and emails, directing as needed
* Create, Schedule and Invoice service jobs in simPRO
* Build and maintain relationships with clients
* Prepare reports in Word, Excel and PDF Tools
* Generate basic quotes for the Project Management team
* Assist with technician timesheets for payroll
* Liaise with technicians and project managers to ensure daily job requirements are met
* Maintain accurate records and data compliance
* General administrative support and data entry
What You Bring:
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* A proactive, can-do attitude
Confidence using Microsoft Office and job management systems (simPRO experience ideal)
* The ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards
* Initiative to contribute new ideas and process improvements
