Sales & Marketing Coordinator – Community & Partnerships

Objective:We are looking for a motivated and community minded Sales & Marketing Coordinator to be the face of our brand within the local area. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, working within the community, and driving real business growth through local partnerships and creative marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Proactively build relationships with schools, sporting clubs, businesses, and community groups to generate partnerships and new customer opportunities.
• Identify opportunities for wholesale growth and engage with prospective customers to support business expansion.
• Develop and execute local promotions, partnerships, and events that drive store visits.
• Distribute and manage marketing materials within the community (flyers, posters, vouchers).
• Support social media activity with local content ideas and community engagement updates.
• Identify local sponsorship or collaboration opportunities aligned with brand objectives.
• Track engagement and provide feedback on promotional success and customer response.
• Report weekly on activity, customer feedback, and progress toward customer growth targets.
• Local resident with strong understanding of the community and area.
Hours:
• 12 hours per week (flexible – may include occasional weekends or community events).
Goal:Increase weekly customer count through consistent, localised marketing, meaningful community connections, and development of wholesale opportunities.
