We're excited to welcome a Social Worker to our Bereavement Coordinator Role.
This position will deliver advanced Social Work clinical services and clinical leadership to stakeholders/customers of the Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service and Queensland Health via the Specialist Palliative Care Rural Telehealth Service, across a multidisciplinary team and at the service level.

Key Responsibilities include:
* This position requires you to adhere to National Safety and Quality Health Service (NSQHS) Standards and the Sunshine Coast Health Safe Care Framework, which has been developed in collaboration with staff, consumers and key stakeholders to enable our vision of health and wellbeing through person-centred care.
* Demonstrated ability to deliver an advanced level of clinical skill in one or more areas of a complex nature with the ability to independently apply specialist and novel judgement to meet the needs of patients across the continuum of care.
* Provide high-level clinical support and advice to staff within the multidisciplinary team (MDT) with the management and problem solving regarding clinically complex patients.
* Possess advanced clinical leadership abilities and facilitates the integration of services across specialties within a clinical area to coordinate the delivery of effective Social Work services across the SCH.
Remuneration value up to $14,384 p.m., comprising salary between $5557.50 - $5798.90 p.f., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (HP5) (Fixed Term Temporary position available up until 12/10/2026).
