Our Talent Managers work directly on site with clients to develop internal teams, source external talent and build diverse talent pipelines. As demand grows, we're expanding our team with recruitment professionals motivated to shape a talent focused culture and make an impact.
In this role, you will work closely with hiring teams and operational leaders to: Build trusted and influential relationships across the business Deliver end-to-end talent solutions Support resource planning through proactive talent pooling Partner with the QA Consulting team to design diverse talent strategies and capability frameworks Provide market insights to drive smarter hiring decisions About You You're an experienced recruiter ready to step into an end-to-end talent role.
