Client Details:
We are looking for skilled Site Supervisors and Building Supervisors to manage day-to-day operations on residential construction projects. This position requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver projects on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.
The role involves coordinating teams, monitoring progress, and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements. Successful candidates will foster collaboration, maintain high standards, and drive continuous improvement across all project phases.

Your key duties include but are not limited to:
Project Oversight
* Manage daily site activities to ensure timelines, safety, and quality benchmarks are met.
* Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams for smooth workflow and timely material delivery.
* Supervise on-site personnel and enforce compliance with organizational policies.
Quality & Compliance
* Conduct inspections to verify work meets specifications and regulatory standards.
* Maintain accurate documentation of progress, issues, and resolutions.
* Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
Stakeholder Coordination
* Communicate effectively with project managers, office teams, and external partners.
* Build strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to support project success.
Process Improvement
* Apply established systems and standards for consistency and efficiency.
* Identify opportunities for improvement and recommend practical solutions.
* Support adoption of innovative practices and technologies.
Health & Safety
* Promote a safe working environment and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
* Assess and mitigate risks to prevent delays and incidents.
Profile:
In order to be considered for this role you will have the following key attributes, skills and strengths:
* Minimum 3 years' experience supervising residential construction projects.
* Strong understanding of local building codes and safety standards.
* Proven ability to lead site teams and manage subcontractor relationships.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Familiarity with construction management software is an advantage.
* Preferred: Holder of a DB-U License.
* Eligibility: Applicants must be Australian Citizens or Permanent Residents.
