Duties include but not limited to :
* Lead and manage a team of property managers.
* Develop and implement detailed property management plans
* KPI Monitoring
* Coaching and training
* Build positive relationships
* Work collaboratively with other departments to achieve company goals.
Ideal Candidate
* Queensland Real Estate Salesperson Certificate.
* Australian Drivers Licence.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
* Excellent knowledge of real estate laws, leasing practices, and property operations.
* Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
* Strategic thinker with a track record of achieving financial and operational targets.

To be successful, you must have previous experience within Management in Real estate and preferably come from a Property Manager background. You will be professional, mature with excellent time management skills and a flexible approach to turn your hand to whatever the situation requires.
