We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Territory Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong track record in sales and business development, who is passionate about growing market share and driving revenue growth.

About the Role:

* Grow market share in key product categories by aligning with contractors, builders, and industry influencers.
* Drive sales conversations and build strong networks through face-to-face, digital, and phone-based communication.
* Manage and support a contractor base including renderers, trowel trade, cladding installers, and plasterers.
* Collaborate with Dulux Trade Centres and Inspirations Stores to drive channel success.
* Contribute to broader team goals and support the Acratex category across trade sales teams.

Requirements:

">
* Proven experience in business development or sales within a relevant industry.
* Strong CRM and IT system skills, including experience in call planning and territory management.
* Demonstrated ability to grow a product or service offering through effective sales strategy.
* Strong commercial mindset and solution-oriented approach.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
