Are you a commercially driven sales leader ready to take ownership of a growing national baby brand?
We're looking for a hands-on National Sales & Account Manager to lead our retail and independent sales channels across Australia and New Zealand.
This is a rare opportunity to step into a senior leadership role where you'll shape strategy, drive revenue, and build powerful relationships with Australia's most recognised retail partners.
Reporting directly to the General Manager, you'll be the key commercial leader responsible for national sales performance across major retail accounts and independent retail & agent networks.
Key Responsibilities
National Sales Leadership
Develop and execute the national sales strategy for profitable growth
Own forecasting, reporting, and performance tracking
Drive results across Key Accounts, Independents & eCommerce
Identify margin improvements, efficiencies, and ROI opportunities
Key Account Management
Manage major retail relationships including Baby Bunting, Big W, Priceline, Woolworths & The Memo
Lead range reviews, NPD launches & promotional planning
Negotiate pricing, trade terms & promotional investment
Deliver data-driven insights and reporting
Independent & Agent Channel
Lead and motivate national sales agents across ~500 stores
Set targets, deliver training, and ensure consistent brand execution
Monitor coverage, compliance & retail feedback
Sales Operations & Collaboration
Partner closely with Marketing, Supply Chain & Customer Care
Maintain CRM systems, dashboards & customer data
Continuously improve internal sales processes
New Business Development
Identify and pursue new channel and growth opportunities
Lead commercial submissions, pitches & presentations
Represent the brand at trade shows and industry events
What We're Looking For
Proven success in FMCG, Baby, or Consumer Products sales
Strong experience managing major retail accounts
Excellent commercial, analytical & forecasting skills
Confident negotiator with outstanding relationship skills
Thrives in a fast-moving, hands-on environment
Strong Excel & PowerPoint skills; CRM experience an advantage
High attention to detail with excellent time management
Passion for baby products & consumer brands is a huge plus
