The Senior Marketing Operations Manager will be the driving force behind how marketing gets delivered at Greenstone. Leading the Marketing Operations function, you'll turn strategy into clear, executable plans and ensure campaigns and strategic initiatives are delivered efficiently, accurately and at pace. You'll combine hands‐on delivery leadership with team development, strengthening capability while embedding structure, visibility and consistency across the marketing function.
Working cross‐functionally, you'll manage scopes, timelines and dependencies, align stakeholders, remove bottlenecks and proactively mitigate risk. By improving workflows and uplifting delivery standards, you'll create a high‐performing marketing operations engine that enables marketing to execute at its best.
What You Will Be Responsible For
* Lead end-to-end delivery of marketing and strategic initiatives, turning priorities into clear, executable plans
* Develop and own project scopes, timelines, dependencies and risks to ensure high-quality on time delivery
* Drive cross-functional alignment and maintain momentum across complex initiatives
* Optimise intake, planning, workflows and dashboards to improve visibility and control
* Standardise templates and processes to embed consistency and reduce inefficiencies
* Improve speed-to-market through smarter workflow design and proactive risk management
* Support campaign planning cycles and sequencing
* Lead post-implementation reviews and embed continuous improvement
* Lead, mentor and develop the Marketing Operations team, setting clear delivery standards and expectation
What are we looking for?
* 6+ years' experience in Marketing Operations, Delivery or Program Management within cross-functional environments
* Proven people leadership and team development experience
* Demonstrated success delivering complex marketing initiatives end-to-end
* Strong knowledge of the marketing and digital delivery lifecycle (brief to go-live)
* Experience configuring and managing workflow tools such as Jira, including dashboards and reporting
* Proficiency in project planning tools (e.g. Microsoft Project, Smartsheet or similar)
* Strong understanding of digital marketing technologies and channels (CMS, CRO, SEO/SEM, CRM, email)
* Operational mindset with a track record of improving processes and delivery efficiency
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
* Experience managing external agencies and vendors
* Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives and proactively mitigate delivery risks
