Security Guard / Crowd Controller

We are looking to recruit Security Guards / Crowd Controllers to assist in managing the security requirements for our local hotel and pub clients. This is a casual position with shifts available throughout the week and on weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide security services to clients.
• Monitor RSA compliance.
• Assist with lock‐up procedures.
• Conduct patrols.
• Represent the company and client as the main point of contact for patrons.
• Provide exceptional customer service to patrons.

Qualifications

• Current 1AC Security Licence.
• RSA certification.
• First Aid certificate.
• At least 1 year of experience in security, hospitality, or customer service.
• Customer‐focused attitude.

Job Details

Job Type: Casual

Pay: From $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 35 per week

Schedule

• Shifts in the Burwood area Tuesday to Sunday 10:30pm to 4am (ongoing).
• Evening shift
• Night shift
• Shift work
• Weekend availability

Work Authorisation

• Australia (preferred)
