Position Overview The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding distribution, and fostering strong customer partnerships within an assigned territory. This role is ideal for a proactive, results-focused sales professional with experience in food, beverage, or consumer packaged goods.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute a territory sales plan to achieve revenue, distribution, and growth targets.
* Maintain and grow relationships with existing retail, distributor, and foodservice accounts.
* Identify and secure new business opportunities within the territory.
* Conduct regular account visits to ensure product availability, merchandising compliance, and promotional execution.
* Present new products, promotions, and programs to buyers and key decision-makers.
* Monitor and report on sales performance, market conditions, and competitive activity.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support marketing initiatives and ensure operational alignment.
* Represent the organisation at trade shows, demos, and industry events as needed.
Qualifications
* 2+ years of sales experience, within the food, beverage, or CPG sectors.
* Strong understanding of retail and/or foodservice sales environments.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Highly motivated, organised, and capable of working independently.
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
