Social Media & Content Specialist - Women's Fashion – $90,000 - $105,000 + Super
This is a hands‐on social role inside an iconic Australian fashion brand with a huge customer following. Content moves quickly, trends matter, and the output is seen by a lot of people.
You'll own the women's fashion social channels day to day, working directly with the directors to bring campaigns, product drops, styling moments and trend‐led content to life across Instagram, TikTok and Facebook. The direction and brand vision are there. The execution is yours to run with.
What you'll do:
* Owning and managing the women's social calendar end to end
* Shooting, editing and publishing content regularly across socials
* Creating trend‐led content that feels native to the platform, not overproduced or forced
* Managing influencer gifting and relationships
* Running community engagement and keeping the channels active daily
* Supporting paid social activity and campaign rollouts
* Working closely with photographers, videographers and creatives when needed
* Planning content around launches, promotions and key retail moments
* Monitoring performance and understanding what's landing and why
What they're looking for:
* Experience running social media for a fashion, beauty, lifestyle or product‐led brand
* Solid understanding of Instagram and TikTok content
* Ability to shoot and edit content in‐house
* Someone proactive, creative and commercially aware
* Solid eye for styling, branding and visual direction
* Organised, reliable and able to keep momentum moving daily
* Comfortable working closely with directors in a founder‐led environment
