Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Enterprise Solutions Specialist to contribute to our company's success.
This key role involves working closely with major clients on the creation and implementation of strategic plans, focusing on attaining enterprise-wide deployments of carrier and cloud security solutions. You will also help manage, direct and drive the engineering outcome on key opportunities and projects in your assigned region, develop and nurture executive relationships with key buyers and influencers, and coordinate with internal groups to generate and deliver winning contract bids, proposals, RFI/RFP responses, and statements of work.
* Presents carrier and cloud security solutions to customers, adapting presentation style to suit the audience.
* Serves as pre-sales technical escalation resource on sales calls, answering and educating customers on issues ranging from features, specifications, and functionality to integration.
* Works closely with Systems Engineers and Account Managers to maximize primary business focus, serving as leader responsible for the quality and success of technical resources in enterprise accounts.
* Develops technical account plans to achieve goals and exceed quota responsibility.
* Provides support to product management to help drive new products and innovations.
* Facilitates workshops and training modules to increase customers/partners knowledge of carrier and cloud security solutions.
* Supports and works through the entire process of sales, workshops, RFI/RFQ, and PoC.
We Are Looking For:
* An insightful and influential collaborator to join our team.
* Extensive experience in technical/pre-sales support as a Sales/Systems Engineer or Consultant.
* Able to balance technical and business requirements.
* Able to translate customer requirements into complete solutions that increase the value proposition.
* Deep technical understanding of Fortinet products: FortiGate, FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer.
* Strong understanding of essential IPv4 and IPv6 protocols.
* Self-motivated and creative, attitude is extremely important.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Available to undertake regular domestic and international travel.
