Your new role
As a Digital Communications Specialist, you will:
Develop and execute digital communication strategies to strengthen the organisation's online presence.
Manage and optimise the website, ensuring functionality, usability, and compliance with accessibility standards.
Create engaging content for digital platforms, including blogs, newsletters, and social media.
Oversee email marketing campaigns with effective segmentation and automation.
Drive SEO initiatives and monitor performance using tools like Google Analytics and Tag Manager.
Collaborate with internal teams to produce content aligned with brand messaging and organisational objectives.
Analyse data and provide actionable insights to improve digital engagement.
Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and industry standards.
What you'll need to succeed
Tertiary qualification in communications, marketing, or digital marketing.
Proven experience in digital marketing or communications with a strong focus on innovation.
Expertise in CMS, SEO best practices, Google Ads, and analytics tools.
Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and digital marketing tools.
Knowledge of HubSpot or is desirable.
