Your new role
As a Digital Communications Specialist, you will:
* Develop and execute digital communication strategies to strengthen the organisation's online presence.
* Manage and optimise the website, ensuring functionality, usability, and compliance with accessibility standards.
* Create engaging content for digital platforms, including blogs, newsletters, and social media.
* Oversee email marketing campaigns with effective segmentation and automation.
* Drive SEO initiatives and monitor performance using tools like Google Analytics and Tag Manager.
* Collaborate with internal teams to produce content aligned with brand messaging and organisational objectives.
* Analyse data and provide actionable insights to improve digital engagement.
* Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and industry standards.
What you'll need to succeed
* Tertiary qualification in communications, marketing, or digital marketing.
* Proven experience in digital marketing or communications with a strong focus on innovation.
* Expertise in CMS, SEO best practices, Google Ads, and analytics tools.
* Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and digital marketing tools.
* Knowledge of HubSpot or is desirable.
