The Position
* We are seeking an experienced kitchen leader to oversee food production and menu-based catering.
* This role requires strong budgeting skills and the ability to confidently report on Profit and Loss.
* Key responsibilities include maintaining awareness of nutrition and healthy eating, allergens and dietary requirements, as well as ensuring contract compliance and understanding of scope of work.
* You will be responsible for leading a team, providing customer service, and managing stock control, budgets, staff mentoring and training.
The Person
* A minimum Cert 3 Commercial Cookery qualification and Food Safety Supervisor Certificate are essential.
* Previous kitchen leadership experience and knowledge of HACCP, food safety and infection control are also required.
* Experience with P&L Management and Intermediate computer/Microsoft office skills are necessary.
* You should have excellent communication skills, attention to detail and great time management.
