As a key player in our Workforce Management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient scheduling of our workforce. Your primary responsibility will be to monitor employee performance against established work schedules and real-time productivity metrics.
With your strong analytical skills and ability to interpret workforce data, you will generate actionable insights to support operational goals.
Key tasks include:
* Monitoring employee performance and providing timely updates to Team Managers on adherence to schedules and productivity thresholds
* Processing and managing requests for schedule changes and making necessary adjustments to published schedules
* Communicating schedule changes effectively to employees and supervisors to ensure clarity and operational continuity
* Reporting actual performance and productivity Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to operational leaders and clients
* Assisting in resource projection and forecasting to optimise staffing levels through accurate scheduling
* Generating and analysing daily, weekly and monthly reports, delivering data-driven insights and recommendations to leadership within established deadlines
* Consolidating staffing reports including vacation and sick leave, coordinating with colleagues and management to ensure business needs are met efficiently
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret workforce data and generate actionable insights
* Proficiency in Workforce Management software and related productivity monitoring tools
* Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with employees, supervisors and leadership
* Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time-management abilities
* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced operational environment
* Experience in forecasting scheduling and resource planning is highly desirable
