We are seeking a Digital Project Manager to drive digital project delivery by coordinating with cross-functional teams.
The Role
* Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and timelines, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and timely execution.
* Facilitate collaboration between engineering, product, design, and marketing teams to maintain momentum and inform stakeholders on project status.
* Translate high-level requirements into actionable tasks and deliverables. Conduct regular reviews to ensure clear project scope and achievable milestones.
* Oversee testing efforts, quality control processes, and verify deliverables to ensure alignment with technical standards and UI/UX best practices.
* Coordinate release plans, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure smooth deployment across departments.
* Provide regular status updates and reports to stakeholders, tracking project progress and adjusting timelines or resources as needed.
* Lead daily standups, project check-ins, and meetings, ensuring each session is efficient, actionable, and productive for the team.
* Maintain up-to-date project documentation, including timelines, next steps, and risks, ensuring company-wide transparency and alignment on project priorities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* A genuine interest in Generative AI: Familiarity with image generation AI technologies and tools such as Automatic1111, ComfyUI, or similar open-source platforms.
* Technical Project Management Experience: Proven experience in managing multiple digital projects from initiation to launch, with a track record of meeting deadlines and delivering results.
* Leadership and Team Development: Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team, fostering growth, accountability, and high performance.
* Technical Proficiency: Understanding of software development processes and the ability to communicate effectively with technical teams.
* Excellent Communication and Organisational Skills: Strong interpersonal skills for maintaining alignment across teams and keeping projects on track with clear expectations.
* Attention to Detail in UX/UI: Knowledge of UX/UI best practices, with an ability to oversee quality in design-related deliverables.
* Adaptability and Problem-Solving Skills: Comfortable adapting to shifting priorities, focusing on proactive risk identification and mitigation.
