**CASUAL SHORT-TERM JOB OPPORTUNITY - WRITER WANTED - IMMEDIATE START**
Sprout Scientific (Growth for good.) is a local business & engineering consultancy which aims to support small - medium businesses throughout Australia.
We also work to match our clients with these opportunities and assist with financial modelling, project planning and business process automation.
**OPPORTUNITY**:
A number of our employees are taking leave during the June-July period. We are looking for a talented writer to welcome to our Business and Incentives Consulting team for a casual, short-term tenure.
Workload will generally be 3-4 days per week, for 3 months to begin with. There may be the opportunity to stay on when the rest of the team return from vacation - this will be dependent on our workload, your performance and attitude/teamwork, etc.

**As the successful applicant, you are someone who**:
- Enjoys writing about a wide range of topics and takes pride in your written work.
- Is an excellent communicator, comfortable talking to people from across industries and responds well to constructive feedback
- Is an Illawarra local and has some experience writing either professionally, academically or as an enthusiast.
- Is happy to adopt and champion our various web-based business processes and internal communication tools.
- Enjoys researching new concepts and can adapt to the topic at hand.
- Has either a solid technical background (Engineering/IT/Science) OR a technical mind with an interest in science and technology, as many of our clients are using advanced systems and software (e.g. machine learning) OR previous experience in grant preparation for social/arts/environmental projects.
