About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional individual with outstanding customer service skills to lead our store team and drive sales performance.
As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring all team members understand their roles, responsibilities, targets and other functions.
You will also be expected to strive for sales excellence and company key performance indicators, as well as motivating and driving staff engagement.

In addition, you will be required to support the store and all operations in the absence of the store manager.
