The main responsibilities include:
* Deliver outstanding customer experiences and exceed expectations.
* Develop strong working relationships with franchisees, contractors, and customers.
* Ensure compliance with systems, procedures, and brand standards.
* Manage front-office tasks, including consignments, orders, and marketing materials.
* Assist in revenue collection and support operational profitability.
* Provide timely and accurate reports to management.
* Ensure compliance with legal, WHS, and Chain of Responsibility requirements.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a customer service position.
* Experience in logistics, freight, or transport is advantageous.
* Forklift license is not required but beneficial.
* Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder engagement skills.
* A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with high attention to detail.
