Real Estate Sales Director | Gold Coast QLD | $300,000 Base + $200,000 Annual Bonus + Super
This is a rare leadership appointment. The business operates at the premium end of the market strong brand, exceptional agents, and real growth ambitions across the Gold Coast and broader luxury property landscape. The Sales Director will be the person who takes that performance to its next level.
Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, this role is about more than managing a team. It's about building a culture of accountability, elevating every agent in the division, and driving the kind of sustained performance that defines a market-leading real estate business.
The total package of $500,000+ reflects the expectation. If you're a commercially sharp, high-performance sales leader who knows how to coach agents, build systems, and own outcomes this is the role you've been building towards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead, mentor, and coach sales agents to drive performance, GCI growth, and individual accountability
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase listings, appraisals, conversions, and revenue
- Set individual and team targets, monitor performance metrics, and adjust plans where required
- Run weekly team meetings, one-on-ones, pipeline reviews, and presentation coaching sessions
- Build scripts, sales language, objection handling frameworks, and prospecting strategies that lift the whole team
- Track, interpret, and report on sales activity, GCI, pipeline strength, and team KPIs
- Manage team culture, resolve performance issues, and support recruitment of emerging and top-tier talent
- Introduce incentives, gamification, and performance initiatives to sustain engagement and momentum
ABOUT YOU
- Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role within a high-performance property environment
- Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and elevate agents to stronger commercial outcomes
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving revenue growth, conversion rates, and team accountability
- Experience leading performance reviews, pipeline strategy, and data-led sales reporting
- Confident building scripts, training frameworks, and sales processes that consistently lift results
- Strong leadership presence and the ability to influence, challenge, and inspire at every level
- Highly proactive, commercially sharp, and operationally disciplined — you hold yourself and others to account
- Agentbox experience and strong Gold Coast or southeast Queensland market knowledge highly regarded
