Customer Service Champion
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer Service Champion to join our team. This is a key full-time position responsible for maintaining a smooth flow of materials through our busy yard and warehouse.
Key Responsibilities:
* Meet and greet all customers, providing exceptional customer service
* Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
* Provide customers with product information and technical advice on McHugh Steel products
* Complete administration tasks regarding orders

Requirements:
