Service Manager
to lead service operations and contribute to the ongoing development of the business.
Role Overview
The Service Manager is responsible for the effective delivery of HVAC and mechanical service operations across the Greater Sydney Area. This role combines operational leadership with client engagement, team development, and strategic contribution.
Key responsibilities include:
* Overseeing preventative maintenance programs and service delivery
* Leading, mentoring, and developing service teams
* Managing project execution and operational performance
* Working closely with clients to deliver tailored service solutions
* Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, FPAS, and ISO standards
* Identifying and implementing process improvements
* Contributing to business strategy and long-term planning
* Supporting brand reputation through service quality, leadership, and client relationships

Candidate Profile
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
* Strong experience in HVAC and mechanical services
* Proven leadership in service operations and team management
* Solid understanding of compliance, safety, and engineering requirements
* Experience working in high-compliance environments (advantageous)
* FPAS accreditation and experience operating within ISO frameworks
* Excellent communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills
