Senior Occupational Therapist Lead Clinician Job Description
This senior occupational therapist role involves providing advanced clinical services and overseeing a team of four occupational therapy clinicians. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop their expertise in working with clients with autism, global developmental delay, sensory processing differences, motor planning challenges, emotional regulation needs, and school participation goals.
The therapy model is flexible, offering options for clinic, home, school, community, and telehealth services. In addition, the lead clinician will be responsible for peer-learning, quality improvement, and discipline-specific development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver a realistic target of five billable hours per day.
* Maintain protected non-billable time for supervision and team leadership.
Benefits:
* Competitive salary: $103,000 – $130,600 total package (including super).

Requirements:
* Degree in Occupational Therapy and AHPRA registration (or eligibility).
* Experience working with pediatric & adult clients under the NDIS.
