Responsibilities
* Lead and manage Civil and SMP scopes across construction projects
* Supervise field engineering teams to ensure safe, timely, and high-quality delivery
* Coordinate with procurement, construction, and client representatives to meet project milestones
* Maintain compliance with time, cost, quality, and contractual requirements
* Oversee technical documentation, inspections, and deviation approvals
* Uphold Quality Assurance standards and resolve non-conformances
* Prepare reports, requisitions, Work Packs, and test packs with accuracy and timeliness
* Support variation assessments and contract change management
* Collaborate with Quality and Technical Services Managers to align project execution with specifications and procedure
