We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Nurse to join our team at Capricornia Correctional Centre. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to prisoners in a correctional setting.
Your primary responsibilities will include conducting health assessments, developing and implementing individualized care plans, administering medications, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to promote a safe and supportive environment that fosters the physical and emotional well-being of our patients.
To be successful in this role, you must have strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be registered with AHPRA and hold working rights for Australia.
