Key Roles and Responsibilities:
* Lead the scoping, planning, execution and change management of key projects by establishing clear objectives, maintaining stakeholder communication and engagement, and ensuring transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
* Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including objectives, scope, budgets, and risks, while securing necessary approvals and engaging third-party providers as needed.
* Regularly report on project progress to stakeholders, identify and mitigate risks, and conduct post-implementation reviews to capture lessons learned and improvement opportunities.
Requirements:
* Tertiary qualification in Project Management, Business, Change Management or alternate relevant discipline or equivalent skills, knowledge, and experience.
* Previous experience in project management with an understanding of project management and change management principles.
* Highly developed communication skills written, verbal and interpersonal with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders prepare concise business cases and deliver engaging presentations to senior management and project teams.
* Advanced analytical skills including advanced excel skills Pivot Tables Power Query Power Pivot data validation and dynamic charting.
* Strong interpersonal skills with ability to be resourceful and use initiative.
* Demonstrated ability to foster collaboration support team understanding of project objectives and encourage accountability among team members.
