Our partner Children, Youth & Family Services (CYF) is a leading Child Safety provider throughout QLD. The Property Officer maintains all assigned properties and assets to a high standard in a safe, efficient and routine manner by adhering to legislative compliance and best practice for asset management.
Responsibilities
* Ensure all documentation is completed and compliant.
* Maintain schedules & coordinate/review regular service agreements with contractors for residential properties.
* Coordinate repairs and maintenance requests received and action efficiently.
* Source, order and arrange purchase of new assets.
* Source and coordinate the setup of new properties suitable for supported accommodation needs of clients in partnership with suppliers, contractors and stakeholders.
* Travel to our residential houses located between the Sunshine Coast and Bayside.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a similar property management role (2 years desirable).
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to ensure deadlines are met and outcomes achieved.
* Excellent multi-tasking, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
* Strong attention to detail, time management, organisational and administrative skills.
* Blue Card for Working with Children.
* Driver's Licence.
