Support Worker Opportunity
We are seeking a Support Worker to provide care and assistance to a vibrant NDIS participant living with cerebral palsy in Deanside VIC.
* Provide high-level personal care and mobility support.
* Assist with daily living tasks including meals, hygiene, and household duties.
* Offer companionship, community access, and transport services.
* Monitor medication administration and complete accurate progress notes.
* Accompany the participant to appointments and community activities.
Key Qualifications
To be successful in this role you will require:
* Fluent Farsi and English language skills.
* Certification III or above in Disability or a similar qualification.
* All required NDIS checks and clearances.
