Cappro Pacific is the market leading Earthmoving Recruitment agency in Australia, For the last 20 years we have been sourcing and placing talent staff within the machinery equipment markets. We recruit for all the major Earthmoving Dealers, Equipment OEM and international equipment leaders.

One of our largest customers has decided to open the door to new talent in the market, This is extremely rare due to most companies only wanting to talk with industry employees that have direct experience and can hit the ground running with minimal training and support. So, this has changed, and the CEO wants to see what talent is on the market within Sales and who can come into the business, standup and make a real difference in the team and become a key sales rep and sell new equipment throughout Brisbane.

Job Opportunity –

Whenever you start selling equipment, it's all about hitting the road, cold calling and looking at building new relationships, introducing yourself to local customers and looking to building yourself as the industry go to and provide new equipment solutions. Your first 2 years is about building your brand and looking at repeat business through your relationship skills. Companies will always come back and buy from you if you pick up the phone 24/7 and you are there to support their business to best of your ability.

Your office is your car, strong territory management and targeting companies through certain postcodes and industries. So, for example, one week you might target all the civil contractors, 2nd week local trades, electricians, landscape gardeners, plumbers and builders, 3rd week councils, 4th week farming community, 5th week Hire companies and so on. It takes dedication, passion, and resilience to keep going. Creating quotes, understanding what they want to do with machinery, providing insights into what machine is best for them price wise and capability, Then there are attachment sales which is another big part of the role. With any excavator there are multiple attachments used for hundreds of jobs from augers, mowers, hammers, blades, brushes, tillers, buckets, slashers, rakes, grinders and so on. You will put together packages and price them into the sale. Then it comes down to closing the deal. If you have built the relationship and the

customer is keen, then you need to have the confidence and sales experience to tie it all together. Walk through support from service and parts and delivery times. Take the down payment and place the order with head office. Management are looking for 3 / 6 machines per month, so it's about putting in time and working harder than ever before.

· Excavators – 1 tonne to 80 tonne

· Skid Steers

· Rollers

· Graders

· Site dumpers

· Tele handlers

· Attachments

· Loaders

Candidate Requirements –

This is the critical part; we are searching for Top performers. The best reps in the market, you need to be able to show that you are on top of your game and have excellent budget numbers and your territory numbers have exceeded company targets. You will not get a look in if you are an average sales professional.

· Can build relationships quickly

· commercially sharp

· resilient and competitive

· Wants to earn well

· Can own a territory

· Is coachable but driven

· Will sell new equipment consistently

Salary Package –

This is where 90% of candidates fall down because they won't back themselves or take the risk. You be rewarded with the following –

$85,000 + Super + 4WD + Phone & Laptop

Uncapped Commissions

Your earning potential within your first year will be over $150,000, Second year you should be earning over $200,000. There are reps in Australia that are earning over $400,000 each year. This takes 5+ years and a lot of hard work and dedication.
