**We are currently looking for an experienced Dealer Principal to lead the team and sell used and new Campervans, Motorhomes and Caravans.**
**The Job**:
- Lead the team and sell used and new Campervans, Motorhomes and Caravans.
- Be strongly motivated by targets, without compromising on the level of service provided to customers
- Understands the importance of figures and proper analysis of figures
- Identify the strengths and weaknesses of each team member and conduct ongoing training to strengthen their skills
- Develop and maintain effective relationships across various internal and external departments to ensure operational effectiveness
- Practical work experience in an RV or Caravan dealership will be highly regarded.
- 38-hour week, reasonable additional hours between 5.00 am to 7 pm Monday to Sunday depending on Roster.
**The Person**
- Previous recreational vehicle or automotive sales experience
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Lead and motivate a team to achieve the goals of sales of new and used RVs.
- The ability to remain focused on the big picture when it comes to the dealership's targets
- A high level of professionalism and personal presentation
- Clear communication skills - written and verbal
- A high level of administrative competency (DMS & CRM) and computer literacy
- A strong work ethic and drive
- A current Driver's License
- Good understanding of the current automotive market
