Responsibilities
* Demonstrate fresh food retail knowledge
* Show bakery experience (qualifications are not essential)
* Supervise team members
* Understand ordering, cost control and gross profit
* Accurately roster staff (advantage)
* Maintain a hands‐on approach with passion and enthusiasm
* Commit to customer service excellence
* Possess excellent communication skills
* Liaise effectively with staff and management
* Display a flair for merchandising
* Adhere to work health and safety standards
