**Job Description**:
Allied Health Professionals have a diverse and role, offering opportunity to assist job seekers who have complex barriers to employment by conducting assessments, undertaking a variety of therapeutic interventions, facilitating groups, and, providing recommendations to appropriate vocational and non-vocational services. **Sydney Greater West Locations**

Key duties of the role will include:
- Offer counselling intervention as needed, utilising various psychological methodologies;
- Provide evaluations on assessments and monitor the progression of cases;
- Provide training and guidance to atWork staff on psychological services and procedures.
**Qualifications**:
Your proven ability to achieve and exceed performance indicators will be complemented by your:
- Genuine desire to work in a multidisciplinary assessment
- Experience working within employment services highly regarded;
- ** Degree Qualifications in Social Work or Counselling and current, or eligibility to gain, membership with AASW / ACA / PACFA**:
- Relevant experience working with clients with mental health conditions (new graduates are welcome);
- The ability to proactively manage a case load and achieve outstanding results for the customer and client;
- The ability to grow our services and build strong relationships with key clients;
- Exceptional communication, rapport building skills and engagement;
- Proven ability to construct accurate and articulate case reports;
- Ability to work towards generating positive outcomes for clients.
- Ability to provide a Police Clearance (within 6 months) and Work with Children's Check
- Current driver's license and motor vehicle.
