**The Role**
The role of the Digital Content team is to deliver an optimized on-site experience through a range of core activities and tasks. The team looks after website content, merchandising and product enrichment to understand and best serve our customers and delivery performance across our suite of websites.
The purpose of the Digital Content Producer is to coordinate and publish new and existing products across our suite of brands and websites, including writing product descriptions and optimising imagery. The role is responsible for how we present and sell our experiences to customers to help bring our brands and products to life on-site.
This role is 3-month fixed term contract to support a busy period for us. The role is based in the Gold Coast.
**Core Activities**
**New Product Optimisation**
- Support with the enricNew Product Optimisationhment of new products across our suite of brands
- Write new product copy to bring to life the experience in the brand tone of voice
- Prepare and upload all product images to showcase our experiences
- Complete all relevant product detail information to ensure the product is complete
- Ensure products are merchandised correctly in the right regions and categories
- Work closely with the Performance Team to request new regions or categories as required
- Own the queue of new products & prioritisation of go-live for these products
- Ensure the product page meets our SEO standards
**Existing Product Optimisation**
- Title change requests
- Image Optimisations
- Ensure copy change requests meet our SEO and Brand tone of voice requirements
- Prepare our products for trading in key campaign periods
**Projects**
- Support with product optimisation projects including images and content projects
- Own the product optimisation process in partnership with Supply Teams
- Deliver any process improvements to help improve workflow efficiencies
**Experience Required**
- 2 years experience in a similar role
- Digital Merchandising experience is essential
- Image editing experience is essential
- Creative or SEO copywriting experience
- Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team
