Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the creation and execution of our dessert menu.
* Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.
* Collaborate with the Head Pastry Chef to develop new recipes and concepts.
* Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
* Ensure the presentation of desserts meets Lickt's exceptional standards.
Qualifications:
* Certificate in Patisserie or equivalent culinary qualification.
* At least 1 year of experience in a professional baking or pastry environment.
* A creative flair with a keen eye for detail.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* A team player with excellent communication skills.
