About the Role
As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will:
* Motivate and lead a team of educators within the Kindy room
* Inspire a lifelong love of learning through child‐led inquiries, strong community connections, and partnerships with our local primary school
* Design, implement, and evaluate high‐quality educational programs that reflect each child's unique interests, strengths, and developmental needsli>
* Support the centre to Meet or Exceed the National Quality Standards (NQS)
About You
You will bring:
* A Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or an ACECQA‐approved equivalent qualification
* Relevant teacher registration (where applicable)
* A current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
* A current First Aid Certificate, including asthma and anaphylaxis training (or willingness to obtain)
* A genuine passion for early childhood education and a strong commitment to nurturing young minds
