The manager role
* Lead the Jabiru Child Care Centre team to deliver high‑quality programs aligned with the National Quality Framework and Standards, ensuring children feel safe, engaged and inspired every day.
* Drive continuous improvement, mentor educators, partner with families and community, and align service delivery with Council's strategic and regional plans, policies and funding requirements.
About you
* Diploma of Early Childhood Education (or higher equivalent), current First Aid plus Anaphylaxis and Asthma emergency training, and at least 2 years' experience in a similar leadership role.
* You are a collaborative, culturally responsive leader who is excited by remote work, open to learning, and ready to champion high‑quality, play‑based learning in a unique setting.

* Total remuneration package of $116,089 – $123,670 (including base salary $101,815 – $108,464) plus 12% superannuation and 17.5% leave loading.
