Senior Executive Position
The role is a critical position in sales leadership.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Sales Strategy & Planning
* Determine and implement effective zonal-level B2B sales strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
* Analyze sales data, forecast volumes, and identify new growth opportunities.
* Team Leadership & Performance Management
* Lead and manage a team of Regional Managers / Area Sales Managers to achieve sales targets.
* Set performance goals, monitor productivity, and provide regular coaching and support to team members.
* Ensure recruitment, onboarding, and development of high-performing team members.
* Channel Development & Partner Management
* Identify, onboard, and maintain relationships with new B2B partners and channel associates.
* Ensure consistent performance and satisfaction from key partners.
* Business Growth & Target Achievement
* Drive revenue growth and profitability through effective partner engagement and channel expansion.
* Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the zone.
* Market Intelligence & Competition Tracking
* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
* Provide strategic insights and suggest corrective actions to remain competitive.
* Compliance & Operational Excellence
* Maintain adherence to company policies, business processes, and statutory requirements.
* Ensure transparency and compliance in all channel activities and partner dealings.
* Reporting & MIS
* Regularly update senior management with performance reports and sales dashboards.
* Requirements:
* Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the financial services or fintech domain.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.
