About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Specialist in Hydrogeology and Groundwater Modelling to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring specialist technical direction, advice, and capability in hydrogeology, with a strong focus on numerical groundwater modelling.
The successful candidate will lead and coordinate groundwater modelling projects and opportunities across Victoria and APAC. They will be responsible for developing project pipelines through business development, client relationships, and winning work strategies.
The role involves providing technical direction and management for high-quality modelling project outcomes. This includes collaborating with national and international multidisciplinary teams.
You'll also be involved in preparing proposals and bids for projects, delivering technical reporting, data analytics services.
