We are looking for an outgoing and enthusiastic Showroom Consultant / Office allrounder to join our team based in our Newcastle & Central Coast (NCC) office.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Showroom Consultant and Office All-Rounder, you will be the face of our showroom at Bennett's Green, engaging with both potential and existing customers. Along with providing exceptional customer service, your role will encompass a range of administrative, general office, and warehouse duties.

Key Responsibilities include:

* Generate new leads and schedule appointments in collaboration with the NCC sales team.
* Build strong rapport with customers, qualifying leads to optimize opportunities for the sales team.
* Deliver professional, enthusiastic customer service, representing both our products and company with excellence.
* Conduct phone follow-ups with customers regarding appointments.
* Respond to customer feedback via phone for Google/Product reviews.
* Liaise daily with NCC installers and design consultants to ensure smooth operations.
* Assist with administrative tasks, general office upkeep, and basic warehouse management.
* Represent the company at Home Show Events in the Newcastle area.

ABOUT YOU:

* Previous experience in lead generation, outbound and inbound sales (highly desirable)
* Customer service experience (highly desirable)
* Punctual, reliable, and self-motivated
* Able to work effectively both within a team environment and independently.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Exceptional attention to detail
* Basic knowledge of MS Office suite
* Availability to work full-time hours over a five-and-a-half-day rotating roster
