The PETER PAN LITERACY CLUB' is seeking a dedicated and experienced Trainer Assessor Hospitality on a casual basis to join our team in Atherton, QLD. As a Trainer Assessor, you will be responsible for delivering

What you'll be doing
1. Conduct competency-based assessments to evaluate student progress and learning outcomes
2. Provide constructive feedback to students to support their learning and development
3. Maintain accurate student records and comply with all relevant regulatory requirements
4. Collaborate with the training team to continuously improve the quality of course content and delivery
5. Participate in professional development activities to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
What we're looking for
1. Relevant vocational qualification in the hospitality industry
2. Certificate III level qualification in hospitality is required
3. Proven experience as a Trainer Assessor, preferably in the hospitality sector
4. Less than 1 year of trainer assessor experience is required
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
6. Commitment to continuous professional development and a passion for education
7. TAE40116 Training and Assessment qualification is required
