About the Division The Academy Services Division provides a range of specialist services to colleagues across the Academy, and to program participants (potential and current) to ensure high quality professional learning, and an optimal experience for our stakeholders. The Division's four specialist areas include learning design, data evaluation and evidence, communications and marketing, and participant and program support. About the Role The purpose of the Participant and Program Support (PPS) team is to ‘know our participants' and support their engagement with the Academy. The PPS team is large and collaborative in nature; and seek to provide seamless service to their stakeholders and are committed to delivering excellence through every interaction they lead. Participant and Program Officers (PPOs) are brokered into program management teams to support the delivery of an optimal, high quality and consistent professional learning experience. The team also provide support to both participants and project teams based on a variety of processes and procedures to support consistency and efficiency. The Participant and Program Officer (PPO) will be responsible for ensuring a high-quality and inclusive experience for participants, by: leading and managing the participant experience, alongside program management teams who lead the delivery of the professional learning. managing all elements of the scheduling of programs to ensure coherent course delivery across all programs over multiple years managing online registration and application processes, ensuring a seamless experience for all participants coordinating participant communications to keep all stakeholders informed and engaged organising catering and participant accessibility requirements to ensure a comfortable and inclusive environment monitoring and reporting on our participation-related key performance indicators to assess and improve the overall participant experience Capabilities To be successful in this position you will have: demonstrated experience in providing high quality customer service, and providing a seamless service to clients experience in monitoring project performance against program objectives, identifying and managing risks and issues to ensure program objectives are met demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with proven ability to effectively engage, build positive relationships, and communicate clearly with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. demonstrated ability to ef fectively plan, prioritise, and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously effective problem-solving capability to resolve or escalate issues or queries.
