**About Us**:
The Department of Education recently established a permanent Enterprise Bargaining (EB) Team within the Integrity and Employee Relations Unit. The EB Team works closely with the Employee Relations Team to deliver specialist industrial relations services. The EB Team also work in collaboration with a number of other areas in the department to conduct enterprise bargaining negotiations and manage the implementation of five certified agreements.

**About the Role**:
As the Manager Enterprise Bargaining, you will provide authoritative advice and services to the Director, senior executives and clients of the department on employee and industrial relations matters associated with enterprise bargaining and the implementation of certified agreements. Technical expertise, people management skills, mentorship, navigation of complex relationships and pivoting in your performance and delivery models will determine your success in this role.
You will report to the Director Enterprise Bargaining and be responsible for managing a small team of Principal and Senior Advisors.About You:
- You possess a high level of knowledge of Queensland industrial relations legislation, or demonstrate an ability to be able to acquire such knowledge within a reasonable timeframe
- You are organised and disciplined in your work and can navigate evolving situations
- You build and sustain relationships to enable the collaborative delivery of customer-focused outcomes
- You inspire others by driving clarity, engagement and a sense of purpose
- You foster healthy and inclusive workplaces
- You maintain a high standard of practice through governance and risk management
- There are no mandatory requirements for the role however relevant tertiary qualifications in industrial/employee relations will be well regarded.
