We are known for delivering high quality meals and exceptional customer service.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESCommunicate with co-workers and management to solve problems and improve quality and serviceAssist in the opening and/or closing of the catering department as per the company checklist guidelines.Initiate dialogue and develop rapport with customers by learning their names, favourite drinks and food itemsUnderstand and anticipate customer needs and aim to exceed these requirementsTraining new employees and motivating them in their roleAssist in reaching business goals and objectives as set out by managementKEY QUALITIESMust have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar roleExcellent supportive and leadership skill setExposure to rostering and people developmentHave a strong customer service focusProfessional, upbeat and friendly personalityExceptional attention to detailPositive and flexible attitudeHighest level of presentation and grooming standardsFantastic people management skills and professional natureConfidence to take charge and own the result, yet humble enough to listen and learnHonest and results focused - able to give and receive genuine feedback and take action as neededInnovative - proven experience of genuinely implementing new ideasWHY JOIN US?
