Job Title: Maintenance Supervisors
Highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisors are sought after to oversee all maintenance activities for mobile plant and fixed plant equipment in a dynamic mining environment.
The role involves leading a small crew of trades to deliver safe, efficient, and reliable maintenance outcomes on a 7/7 Dayshift Only roster.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading and mentoring a team of trades to achieve high-quality maintenance outcomes.
* Overseeing planned and unplanned maintenance for mobile and fixed plant equipment.
* Ensuring maintenance activities comply with safety, quality, and site standards.
* Assisting with scheduling, work allocation, and daily reporting.
* Troubleshooting equipment issues and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
* Fostering a positive safety culture and strong team performance.
Requirements:
* Proven experience supervising maintenance teams in mining.
* Strong background in mobile plant and fixed plant maintenance.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
* Commitment to safety and delivering high-quality work.
* Candidates with current Coal Board Medical, Standard 11, and S123 & G2 certifications.
