Job Description
This part-time role will support the Commercial Manager with financial services, including:
* Assisting in the preparation of month-end financial results;
* Managing daily banking and reconciliation;
* Providing SAP debtor invoicing and management services;
* Overseeing vendor invoice management;
* Preparing financial reports;
* Managing property leases and assets;
* Facilitating travel arrangements;
* Oversight and interpretation of commercial agreements;
The successful candidate will have a strong background in accounting operations, including Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, and General Ledger. They will also possess excellent communication skills and be able to work autonomously and within a team environment.
Requirements
* Tertiary degree in Accounting or Finance (or substantial experience in this field);
* Experience in SAP, Meditech, and Microsoft Office software applications;
* Strong knowledge of accounting operations;
* Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment;
* Flexibility to adapt to change within daily activities;
* Ability to manage workloads within time constraints ensuring accuracy;
* Ability to manage expectations, communicate clearly and ensure that issues are escalated and managed appropriately;
