**About the role**
Fosroc deliver complete flooring solutions through our range of sealers, densifiers, cementitious and resin-based flooring systems and anti-carbonation and chloride ion protection solutions, impregnating systems, and chemical resistant protective coatings, for long term concrete protection
Reporting to the State Sales Manager this key role is accountable for developing the Fosroc range whilst cementing relationships with prospective and established customers across the concrete and construction markets!
Working from Rocklea and servicing SEQ you will focus on achieving ongoing commercial growth; building strong relationships; and adding value to your customers through providing exceptional service and expert product knowledge.
You will have a passion for sales and a genuine desire to help customers overcome challenges and achieve their goals. You will be motivated by developing a career with a market leader and be known for your ability to engage with customers and have brilliant track record in growing market share. Ideally, you can demonstrate:
**Responsibilities**
- Sourcing and winning new accounts through networking, presentations and negotiations
- Meeting budget and KPI objectives across revenue, gross margin, product & service mix
- Management of customers - building strategic relationships, training, stock forecast etc
- Providing product and process training and support internally and externally
- Reporting - sales & budget performances and market, competitor & trend analysis

**Skills & Experience**
- Experience managing a territory and knowledge of the building or construction markets
- Prior experience of Flooring contractors and Tier 2 - 3 civil contractors and builders is desirable
- Strong account management skills and the capability to chase and close new business;
- Proven experience meeting sales targets and managing sales cycles;
- Excellent written and verbal communications, negotiation and influencing skills
- IT savvy with experience in MS Suite and CRM
